In honor of Black History month, we've compiled a list of some of our favorite black-owned CPG businesses to support this month and beyond. We encourage you to support these businesses and read more about their impact beyond their products.
A Dozen Cousins
Authentic meals and sides inspired by Creole, Caribbean, and Latin American recipes. Through their products, they aim to make healthy food more accessible to under-served communities. Beyond this, they also provide an annual grant and volunteer support to non-profits aimed at eliminating socio-economic health disparities in the US (Birthing People Foundation by Kindred Space LA, Hike Clerb, LA Community Fridges, Project Potluck, The Happy Kitchen/La Cocina Alegre)

BLK & Bold Coffee
Co-founders, Pernell & Rod created this company with the desire to unite coffee and tea lovers worldwide through a common interest of investing in community, specifically for the youth. They are Fair Trade certified, and pledge 5% of their revenue to nonprofit organizations across America that are aligned to pouring into children the confidence, exposure, and guidance for them to be the best version of themselves.

Broc Shot
They offer 100% natural sulforaphane to calm inflammation, support gut balance, and help your body detox — for clearer skin and cellular protection. Through their Firefighter Protection Program, every Broc Shot purchased equals one donated to a firefighter, offering them a powerful tool to help detoxify and defend their bodies while in the line of duty (2/3 of job-related firefighter deaths are from cancer). Plus, all packaging is 100% compostable, plastic and foil free, and certified BPI compostable!

Me & the Bees Lemonade
Me & the Bees makes all-natural, honey-sweetened lemonade crafted with real ingredients you can trust. They follow Great-Granny Helen’s original recipe, made with real lemon juice, flaxseed with omega-3s, and natural sweeteners. Their mission goes beyond making natural lemonade — they are committed to bee conservation and started a non-profit in pursuit: Healthy Hive Foundation.

Partake Foods
Partake turns classic cookie flavors like chocolate chip, cinnamon-kissed graham, and crunchy vanilla wafer into a wholesome, inclusive treat (free from the top 9 allergens). They are also certified B Corp and created the Black Futures Fellowship to support HBCU students interested in CPG.

Pip's Heirloom Snacks
(Formerly known as Pipcorn) Your favorite childhood snacks made better with Heirloom Corn from small family farms. Heirloom corn preserves biodiversity through open pollination, practices regenerative farming, and reflects the care and knowledge of Indigenous and family farmers across the Americas, honoring a legacy of farming that values flavor, resilience, and connection to the land.
