At Better Booch, we drink, dream, and do all things kombucha. From creating new flavor innovations, to brewing by hand, to packaging our booch, we touch every single step in the process from cultivation to can. We always have and we always will.
Shortcuts are great when heading to the beach for a morning surf sesh, but not when brewing up a delicious beverage. It might be easier to cut corners by outsourcing the brewing process or pasteurizing the kombucha – but that is not the Better Booch way. We believe kombucha is, and should always be, a living brew that tastes great and makes you feel good too.
Why put kombucha in a can? The more we looked into it, the more it made sense. While glass bottles are becoming harder to recycle curbside, every city in the country has a robust program for recycling aluminum cans. Cans actually preserve the quality of the brew much more effectively by blocking out all UV rays and ensuring an air-tight seal. And the best part of all... it allows us to share our kombucha at a better price point.
Some things in life can’t be improved upon, like fresh air, baby giggles, and summer sunsets. Kombucha isn’t one of those things. Whether you’re a die hard fan or a recent convert, we’re always aiming for better when it comes to the booch. And when it comes to everything else, we try to sit back, relax, and enjoy the waves.
