This week, we brought you behind the scenes for a special moment with someone who’s been at the heart of our craft for years: Noe, our Head Brewer for the last eight years. When we found him, he was in the middle of steeping a fresh batch of organic black Assam tea, the base of so many of our brews. It’s earthy, rich, comforting, the kind of smell that reminds you something good is being created.
Naturally, we had to ask him the big question: “What’s your favorite flavor?” Noe didn’t even pause. ✨ “Citrus Sunrise.” ✨ But his reason is what truly made the moment: “It’s the can that has the most going on.” A whole world in a can. Flavor, spice, and then that burst of citrus.
Coming from someone who has perfected batch after batch for nearly a decade, that’s the kind of praise that means everything. Citrus Sunrise has always had a special place in our lineup, bright, uplifting, complex, and crafted with intentional layers of flavor. Hearing Noe describe it made us fall in love with it all over again.
