We’ve been waiting for spring to knock on our doorstep for quite some time...and we don't want to jinx it, but we think it's finally arrived! Along with the weather, we've created a delicious take on the original Paloma cocktail, using our earthy-tropical-tangy Better Booch Guava Cooler as the centerpiece and a little help from our friends over at YOLA Mezcal. Swing into happy hour...ASAP.
This seasonal sipper uses organic sencha Japanese green tea as the lightly grassy, refreshing base. Guava Cooler paves the way for our first foray into kombucha with green tea.
Paloma Guava
- 1oz. Mezcal
- 2oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 2oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 5oz. BB Guava Cooler
- *Garnish: Salted Grapefruit Wedge
- Tall Collins glass, crushed ice
Flavor profile: sweet, fruity, citrus, bright orange
Ingredients: organic kombucha tea, organic sencha green tea, kombucha culture, organic mango, guava, organic lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, bacillus subtilis DE111®.
