Shipping Terms and Liability

Kombucha is a fermented product with live probiotics and naturally occurring carbonation. We produce, store, and ship our products cold to prevent further fermentation which could result in increased carbonation pressure. Do not open your kombucha near sensitive material or equipment to avoid potential damage.

Your kombucha will arrive in an insulated box specially designed to keep kombucha at appropriately cold temperatures. Better Booch is not responsible for lost or stolen kombucha, product that has been left out for extended periods of time, weather or other unrelated delays. Additionally, Better Booch cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised kombucha due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact Fed-Ex if they are having trouble delivering to your particular address.
  • Unopened shipments. Better Booch shipping boxes are clearly marked “PERISHABLE” and must be opened with kombucha being refrigerated upon receipt. Better Booch  products are perishable and clearly marked with expiration dates. They must be consumed within these dates.

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive temperature and packaging requirements for shipping our raw, organic kombucha cans, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancel an order after it has been processed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through https://betterbooch.com/customer-service/, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

In-Store Purchases

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.

Processing Times

Better Booch can ship our products anywhere in the contiguous United States in an eco-friendly insulated container specially designed to keep kombucha at appropriately cold temperatures. Once your order is placed on our website, our hard-working team will process your order in 2 business days, and ship the carefully packaged kombucha to arrive in 3 business days. Typical time from ordering to receiving is 2-4 business days.

Shipping Methods

Better Booch uses Federal Express (either Ground or Air, depending on your location) to transport your valuable package of Kombucha. For this reason, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
